In the P-H-M district, voters select school board candidates from all three townships.
Candidates for the board must run for a seat in their township of residence.
Ryan McCullough and Katie Inabnit Bell live in Penn Township, while Gary Fox lives in Harris Township.
All district voters, however, vote for all open seats.
This year, there are two Penn seats and one Harris seat on the ballot. Regardless of where you live, you can vote for all three seats.
No matter when or where you vote, come prepared and be sure to complete your entire ballot.
In St. Joseph County, in-person early voting begins on October 8, 2024.

On Election Day (November 5, 2024), all St. Joseph County voters may cast their ballot at any voting center.
A full list of voting centers is available here. All locations are open from 6 am until 6 pm.
Be sure to bring government-issued photo ID with you to your polling place.
You may not be permitted to vote if your ID is expired or if the name on the ID does not match that on your voter registration.
If you vote a straight-party ticket, you must manually select Ryan, Gary, and Katie in the school board races near the end of your ballot.
School board elections are nonpartisan, so these races are not included in straight-ticket voting. Be sure to go to the end of the ballot and vote for all three common-sense candidates!
